Resident Support

As part of The Radford Park Residents Association’s commitment to community we’re organising a support group to assist those who become ill or are self-isolating. 32 residents have currently volunteer to support this scheme.
The plan is to offer help in the following areas:
• Picking up shopping – ideally pre order (click and collect) or adhoc items.
• Posting mail
• A friendly phone call
• Urgent supplies and prescription collection
Any help provided will need to be carried out with all due care and attention. Volunteers will be symptom free and contact with those being assisted will be kept to an absolute minimum – shopping will be dropped at the doorstep etc.
If you need any support them please contact coronasupport@radfordparkresidents.co.uk or text 07860 019220

Food Bank Collection

Every Wednesday at 12pm we will be carrying out a doorstep collection for Laindon Emergency Food Bank at the King Edward Centre.

The food bank are looking for food, pet supplies and cleaning products.

If you would like to make a donation please leave items on your doorstep by 12pm each Wednesday and clearly label it ‘For Food Bank’.

It would help with collection if you could inform us by registering on our web link each week that you are leaving items out for collection.  www.togetherwewin.co.uk
